Arion Krini Villa is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation and it is a brand new villa, set on a 4,000 sq. m land..It is near the picturesque village Amnatos , in an olive grove but also close to everything Arion Krini villa offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury setting, a little 10-15 minutes drive to several beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants .The two-storey 250 sq. m villa with impeccable architecture manages to blend into the surroundings despite its minimalist design.
It has four bedrooms and every room in the villa has its own bathroom and opens up to its own outdoor space with sitting area whether it be a balcony or veranda with spectacular views. Additionally the villa consists of 2 parts, the main house and the guest house which offers more privacy among guests.
It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary.
The main house
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 32” HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. An impressive panoramic window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor veranda which is also connected to the pool and garden area. There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin located on the ground floor.
Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there is a bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath.
Then another staircase from the first floor leads you up to the attic where a bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower cabin is located. All the beds in the villa can be set up as 2 single beds too
The guest house
Our separate guest house is located in front of the pool area with its own entrance. Entering the guest house there is an open plan area with living room area, kitchen, dining area and a toilet. Going up to the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and a balcony with panoramic views of surrounding landscape
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue
- Two outdoor dining tables
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, hammock and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
